Baby Face Nelson is a thrash-country quartet from Utrecht with a punk rock mentality, shrouded in the mists of a honky-tonk. After playing over 200 shows on the European mainland to promote their Batmobile-produced debut album ‘Steam Driven Heartache’, the band struggled through their persistent hangovers to record their second album. After a night that no one remembers, Belgian booking agency Rootstown was convinced to book more and more international shows. In the fall of 2017, ‘Pistola’, produced by Pim van de Werken (Silence is Sexy, Eins Zwei Orchestra, DISCOHEN), saw the light of day. From dark alleys to golden spoons, they’ve seen it all.
