Jonathan Edwards bracht in 1973 het album *Have a Good Time for Me* uit. Het is zijn tweede studioalbum, waarin hij een mix van folk, country en rock presenteert. Het album bevat een aantal composities van Edwards zelf, evenals enkele covers. Qua productie en arrangement blijft het werk ingetogen en gericht op de zang en gitaarpartijen, kenmerken die typerend zijn voor zijn muzikale stijl uit die periode.
