Amanda Lear is een Franse zangeres en kunstenares die vooral bekend werd in de jaren zeventig. Haar album "I AM A PHOTOGRAPH" is haar debuutplaat en werd uitgebracht in 1977. De lp bevat een mix van disco en pop, met productie van Anthony Monn. Het album bevat nummers zoals "Blood and Honey" en "Follow Me," die destijds commercieel succes hadden in verschillende Europese landen. "I AM A PHOTOGRAPH" weerspiegelt de typische disco-sound uit die periode en markeert het begin van Lear’s carrière als muzikale artiest.
